If you follow The Vintage Wardrobe on Instagram or Twitter, you’ll probably have noticed an abundance of floral prints and details. Floral prints are so timeless, from the ditsy florals in the 40s, to the detailed florals in the 60s and bold prints in the 80s. And for the last couple of years on the high street, they’ve been more popular than ever!
After a silly amount of rain and snow filled months, the sun is finally beginning to come out. Here at The Vintage Wardrobe HQ, I’m so excited to see blue skies! This can only mean one thing, it’s time to start planning that summer wardrobe! I’m dreaming of crochet, lace, florals and bright prints! (And of course lots of beautiful mid 60s-early 70s dresses).
This weekend The Vintage Wardrobe did it’s first outdoor fair at Blackpool’s lovely Stanley Park Cricket Club! The fair was held in a large marquee, with a few outdoor stalls too.
Since The Vintage Wardrobe launched in January, I’m been thrilled with everyone’s support! It’s truly wonderful to meet and chat with people who love vintage just as much as I do!
